I'm don't think you will find a good rated hotel in Haiti, maybe in Port Au Prince but really I would be very cautious about to find a good hotel and second reason you will have zero (0) security. If you wanna discover go to the Dominican Republic (same island).

Check on trip-advisory for people reviews. I am sure they is a good decent hotel in PAP.
