  1. Reasonable, 30 minutes. It also depends on how much I am making and whether the job is worth the time. If its taking me an hour or more, it better be an awesome job!

  2. i drove now about as far as im willing to and i go about 70 miles each way takes about 1 hour 15 mintues each way. it already uses up alot of my day and i couldnt imagine doing more

  3. I think it depends on how much you like your job.  If you are going to job you hate, any commute is too long.  I, personally, quite like my job and my commute varies between 40 minutes and 1 hour.

  4. First off it depends on the speed limit, traffic, and the route you take. However i would say that a reasonable commute is probably 30 to 45 minutes. It also depends on what time you travel. For instance, during rush hour their is going to be a lot of traffic.

  5. Usually the best jobs are in the cities and the best neighborhoods are in the subs, so it depends on how good your job is and the quality of neighborhood you want to live in. Also, if you already live somewhere you like and you find a better job that is farther away you will have to weight your options, the same if you have a job and want to move. Currently I have a 20 min commute, shorter would be nice, but I couldn't say if longer would be too much. You also have to factor in the cost of gas (or fuel, what your vehicle uses). I carpool so the commute isn't as bad as if I was always driving alone. I also, drive the opposite direction of the heavy traffic in the morning and afternoon, so that also is a bonus.
