What is a reasonable talent scout's 'finder's fee'?

I would like to set myself up as a model scout, finding aspiring models and referring them to modelling agencies for a fee. What would be a reasonable fee to charge modelling agencies for introducing them to aspiring models I have discovered? And what would be a reasonable fee to charge the agencies if they decide to sign one of my models to their agency?

Start cheap.  $10 for each "appointment".  After you have placed the first 100 people, raise the price to $100.   Try to help 10 of your clients each week.  That way you won't lose the personal touch. /
