I want a gun that was first manufactured about a year ago, is very accurate, doesn't chop balls, and stays in most boundaries on playing fields for FPS.

Well all guns if you have the right barrel will be very accurate, and all guns can be tuned to legal fps, plus the gun is more accurate at 300fps than it is at 350...
