I am a florist and in my opinion, you would be wise to go online and look for a florist in the town you want to send flowers to and use your credit card.  You avoid any relay fees,  which can add up especially with 1 800 Flowers.  Or contact your local florist and they can in turn wire your order, but you will still pay a relay fee, and should there be a problem with the order, your local florist can usually resolve it.
