What is a romantic get away in europe? Other than paris. ?

Prague is very beautiful and romantic. You would want to see a little more of the Czech Republic if you had time. Cesky Krumlov is a real fairytale city and would also be very romantic.Have a look at some information here on the Czech Republic.http://www.fascinating-travel-destiantio...

If that doesn't appeal I would say Florence is another lovely city.Although probably Venice would be the most romantic city in Italy.

Paris is a romantic city, in some aspects, thanks to its monuments and architecture of certain quarters, indeed. But that's just the advertisement, and most of people get pretty desillusioned when visiting the city, as they realize that this cliché was only a mirage...Paris is beautiful, but it has an ugly face because of the attitude of its unhabitants who spoil the mood...

In Europe, some famous places for a romantic get away are certainly Italy, especially Rome, Florence and the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany.

Also Vienna in Austria, with its very particular atmosphere...

But I think that the most magical place is certainly Andalucia and its precious cities : Sevilla, Grenade, Cordoue...When you are there, you even wonder where you are, in Europe or in Orient, since you feel the massive influence of the Moors on this region ( architecture, urbanism, gardens,music,etc...)

So I suggest you to go to Grenade, and then make a little tour in the Andalucia region...

Venice of course is good as well with all the canals and gondolas :)

Other than that you have places in the north of Spain which are very pretty and romantic too.
