What is a safe, cheap teeth whitener?

I want to whiten my genetically yellowed teeth, but all the Whitestrips and such are very expensive. What's a safe version that's also cheap?

use tooth paste with whiter. um not to be rude but if your are like under 16 you prob shouldn't be using any sort of whitener it makes your teeth really sensitive and really hard to eat or drink cold or hot.

The generic version of teeth whiteners and mouth washes.  WalMart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Longs etc..

the only "safe" kind is the toothpastes kind and to get that to work brush your teeth twice a day and brush them twice when you brush
