  1. Maintain a healthy weight (not too low not too high) eat right, take your daily vitamin and drink plenty of water.

  2. Go on low-carb / low-glycemic diet and exercise.  That alone will help regulate cycles and help with fertility (and general health).

  3. Try first what "Dr. Phil" above said.  If that doesn't work for you, talk to your doctor about progesterone therapy--to see if it would be right for you.  It can bring on a period, and for some women it regulates their periods.

  4. I don't know how much help you need in regulating ovulation, if it's your luteal phase you need to regulate then this won't help, but if you mean generally speaking your entire cycle, then I have read from many women that grapefruit juice and soy milk will help trigger ovulation, which in turn would regulate your cycles I suppose.  I have also read several times that Vitex (Chasteberry) helps regulate your entire cycle.

The soy milk is based on the theory that ovulation occurs after a build up of estrogen and soy mimics estrogen.  I don't know how well they all work but I hope this helps.  Best of luck!
