Haha, first of all great question! but really it depends on your tolerance and the strength of the salvia. There's 20x 40 x 60x etc. if you got 20x your in for a light-headed/hot/quick 8 minute high peak. but if your really into the good **** you'll get like a 60x, 40x is okay and not as expensive. 20x is good for beginners and 40x is good for beginners with heart!

downsides- nasty fukn taste. its not NEARLY as great as weed but its okay to do once in a great while. wouldnt recommend it as a "party thing" though.

so much fun just make sure its inside and someone to take care of you if you trip too hard which wont happen if you take one hit!
