What is a single certificate that is required to get married in Cuba?

I am from the U.S. and am going to Cuba to get married and I need a single cirtificate and need all information on the subject. thanks

If you have not been married previously, you need to swear that you are single in front of a notary.

However, if you are planning to live in the US as a couple, I understand that it may be more efficient to bring your partner in under a fiance visa and marry in the US.
