the games downloaded to the phone don't have to connect to the internet because that will have extra charge. it has to be downloaded free and played free:)

Most of the games are ad-supported.  Skip those ones because they require internet access to download the ads.  They have lots of totally free games though too - try Zelda, it's really cool.
