What is a skin flute?

Earlier this afternoon my next door neighbor asked me if I wanted to play his skin flute. I said no I'm not any good at music. Is a skin flute some sort of indian insturment that they make out of cow hide? I tried googling it but all that came up were p**n sites.

Playing his skin flute has nothing to do with music. It just another way of  asking for oral s*x. In other words he asked you if you suck c*ck.
