we r put on this earth for a purpose - purpose to know life and live it.  to live it we need to use our brains to think.  to think we must fill our brains with knowledge.  knowledge is obtained thru education.

i read this bahai writings that say - education of girls take priority over boys as mothers are primary care givers.  they nurture the child thru those formative years.

so women must be educated - once educated they can motivate the child to learn what is required to live life.

looking at society today - so many of us with our life screwed up - why?  no motivation, no education and the cycle is vicious. the amount of things we hv to learn today is just tremendous - so its important that every child is given the right motivation and education to excel.  for those with special needs, we hv to still provide them with a diff type of education.  look at the paralympics - isnt it just wonderful that such pple are also given a chance to live life as us able-bodied ones.
