What is a sorority? i mean... read the question

ok now. what do you do in a sorority? so you have to be greek? is it fun? i heard stuff like your whole life or something. like in college with all that work, does it take up time? i just want to know. will someone tell me all they know about it?

no you dont have to be greek.

its a group of people that you like being around that just happen to be in this special kind of club =)

some people are friends with these people their whole lives some arent.

it happens in college....and there will always be a sorority for you. (sorority is for girls and a fraternity is for guys)

A sorority is a group of girls who pledge in a greek system typically for friendship. Many have varies requirements such as GPA, community service work and so forth. You can join as undergrad or graduate. they tend to party a lot but also know when to get serious by holding study sessions. Sometimes youcan live in a sorority house with your pledge sisters and they become your friends and guidance. You also get a big sis who teaches you the ropes. typically a fraternity is closely involved with a sorority and they do activities together like a car wash to raise money for the group. Hope I've helped they d so much fun stuff i totally missed out in college. fashion shows and dating games wow just check it out. it does take a lot of time but is worth every minute!!!
