  1. a standard  hard drive  these days starts at  80 gig  120 and  160 gig are  quickly becoming the norm

20 gig used to be a lot but  these days its considerd  as  tiny

there is no  best pc company  it all depends on personal preference

    some prefer apple

others  ibm  sony  dell  (  god forbid)  acer  hp\compaq  and many others

having said that nobody ever got fired for buying ibm

...pity then that they sold their pc division to lenovo

  2. there is no 'standard' for hard drive space...however 20 gigs is fairly small...my hard drive is 160, and you can easily get a 200-350 gb hard drive for fairly cheap nowadays.

As far as the best computer company, the best computer is usually the one you build yourself. It's surprisingly easy to do, and the comp will probably be better and much MUCH cheaper.

Just don't buy ANYTHING from Apple.

  3. There is no standard for hard drive space. You can get a hard drive that ranges in space from 20GB, to 1TB. As for the best company, I say HP, but Apple is the worst one out there!
