Ok, I am thinking about buying a horse, once i get the money. I am 13, and in two years i can get a job at the pizza place down the street. I get $50 a month, so in two years that will be like, $1200, but that doesnt include like what i buy with my money, and I will also have money from my job. So anyway, I was looking up horses on the internet, and a lot of PRETTY horses for only $500 i wanted...cept, that well it said it was a Stud fee? Can someone tell me what that is please?

  1. A stud fee is the price people with mares pay to people with stallions for the stallion to impregnate the mare. It is not a sale fee.

If you want cheap horses, look at some rescues!! Some rescues give them away for only a couple hundred, and some are even free. Check petfinder.com
