What is a substitute for borox?

okay, so i want to make flubber for a group babysitting craft, but the recipie calls for borox, is there any substitute i can use for borox?

Do you mean Borax ? I would consult a Pharmacist.

The recipe does say borax. You can by 20 Mule Team borax in the laundry aisle of most any grocery store.
