I am making Buffalo chicken sandwiches for dinner tonight and the recipe calls for blue cheese crumbles, but neither my husband or I like blue cheese, what is a good supplement?

  1. Gorgonzola.

  2. feta is good or just use ranch dressing

  3. In this case, you would substitute any cheese that you and your husband like.  I LOVE blue cheese, but you could use swiss, monterey jack, etc.... just use your favorite.

  4. feta all the way

    MUCH nicer than blue

now you got my tummy rumbling

  5. I don't like blue cheese either;) ... Ranch dressing is a great substitute.  There are some mild, white Mexican cheeses that crumble, if you want little chunks;  or crumble up some Muenster cheese

  6. Gorgonzola or feta would work.  If you don't like those either, you can use pretty much any kind of cheese in a recipe like this.  Try cutting sharp cheddar, nutty swiss, smoked provolone, pepper jack, even a  mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle it on.  Use a cheese with an interesting flavor if you can.  Bon appetit!

  7. Feta Cheese is awesome and has a similar taste, but is much more mild tasting. I think that it is slightly cheaper too.

  8. Yummy!! Mmmmm .....
