What is a suspended-interest lead and staccato lead in journalism terms?

i'm talking about the different types of lead in journalism, i just can't understand these two. i tried to search on the web and there was no concrete answer. please help, i need it asap for my project. ;)

  1. the first sentence that consists of a series of jerky,exciting phrases,seperated by dashes or dots,used if the facts of the story justify it is called a staccato lead.
