Probably with a tick! The monkey gives blood and the tick gives the monkey an opportunity for quality time with other monkeys during grooming sessions. LOL!

But seriously, I can't think of any known symbiotic relationship for a monkey....

Well, I'm a primatologist, and I've never heard of any specific example. Perhaps you could consider monkey centered eco-tourism a symbiotic relationship, but think thats stretching it.
