What is a t5 cable?

I'm 13 and I'm deeply love in computers. I'm tryin to learn stuff every single day. I talk to my schools computer admin about stuff. But I can't always ask him everything. So I was wondering is the t5 cable the ethernet cable or not. Because I really can find it anywhere so I just want a straight up answer.

If you mean cat5e it  is a definition of  ethernet cable quality.  was the fastest but now cat6 is out.

I think he or she may have meant Cat5. This is indeed what most people use to connect networks. Other once-popular options included AUI (thicknet) and thinnet. Both of those latter picks look like the ciaxial wire used in cable TV setups
