  1. tube steak!!

  2. mini red skin potaotes. They are cold with sour cream cheese and bacon on top. Fast and easy and yummy! and healthy!

  3. Cut chicken breast tenderloins into bite size chunks and make boneless chicken wings (battered or unbattered as you prefer).

Any sandwich can be cut into smaller pieces.

I love the chili and velveta chili-cheese dip with various chips.

Round or large triagular tortilla chips can be layered with various tex-mex ingredients and baked, but that takes a lot of room for the chips to not be stacked on each other and takes a lot more time to make.  Still, worth it for smaller crowds.

Little smokies in bbq sauce are a hit now and then.

Take any frozen pizza and cut into small bite-size pieces.   Or, if it is a small party, get pre-made pizza shells or buy some premade dough from your local pizza store.  Get some sauce, cut up all the veggies and prep all the meats in separate bowls.  Have a "make your own pizza" party, and everyone can put what they want on their small pizza and bake.  Eat and share.

  4. chicken wings.

  5. smoked salmon on a cracker with cream cheese.

  6. I LOVE these. No cooking required you buy them at the store and you just thaw and eat :

Nancy's Deli Spirals or Nancy's mini quiches...both are very very good!! The quiches you bake in the oven but they are done in no time and are fabulous and easy

The guy with the smoked salmon and cream cheese on a cracker answer is right, that is delicious but who in the heck has smoked salmon lying around in their fridge?! Not me! lol
