What is a teen rave like?

i was just asked out by a guy to go to a rave with him, & i know im gonna have a hard time convincing my parents to let me go?

can anyone tell me what it is like?

theres a buncha drugs like ecstacy, shrooms, pot, heroine, crack, cocaine, date rape, acid etc.

Theres also alot of s*x

So dont take anything from ANYONE, period!

and its just like strobe lights... very bright and stuff

Dont tell your parents it a rave if you really wanna go they were your age at one point. The will say h**l NO! say its a party, with adults lol.

A rave is basically a dance party. There are lots of drugs over there. People try to have meaningless s*x with random people. If you really want to go, go only because you want to dance. Don't do drugs or any of that c**p. Don't do anything you are uncomfortable with. If you do end up going, make sure you are with someone you trust. Someone who can look after you. Raves can be pretty dangerous sometimes.

Why don't you just throw a rave yourself? Invite only your friends. That will be much safer. Make sure you do the inviting and not your friends. If your friends invite random people you don't know, then there is a good chance of drugs getting into your party.
