  2. Ah, now the people that talk to themselves and talk about implants in their brain are starting to make sense.  A telepathic "ray" gun is a gun that wraps a tiny suggestive message around a bullet, and then when you get hit, there is a thought in you.  Like fortune cookies.  Not really.

Humans have 4 (or 5) brain wave states.  Alpha, beta, delta, and theta.  Some people think gamma is a state too, but that is debateable.  A ray gun could send out these brainwave patterns - much like a stereo speaker, but more directed - and "telepathically" persuade someone's brain to enter into any of these states.  It could get people to wake up, and to fall asleep, and even to go into a state where they are frozen in their sleep and open to dreams.  Then with this altered state of mind they are open to suggestion.  It isn't really telepathic, but it's close.

  3. whoa that's amazing it's like this song from Sean Paul 'temperature' was causing seizures to this girl every time she would hear the song they had to remove chunk of her brain i guess it's a bad frequency for her you see i believe it's possible

  4. May be this is from the category- "psi-weapons"- a yet not so secret military technik, as more than 40 years there are things like this- combination of distant hypnosis, neurophysiology, physics,  technik etc. or so called "black reyki" - a mind nets for money washing.

  5. I've never heard of one...but I wonder who the "guinea pigs"are that they're using to test this on.
