  1. The term "theoretical truth" is an oxymoron -- it is self-contradictory.

  2. A theoretical truth is a truth based on theory. Is theory true if it is merely theory? Not always, but sometimes. Many truths are social constructs--socially, we create theories. So now what do YOU THINK?

  3. It's like the theory of gravity. It has been proven yet it is only done with words.

  4. If all men have beards

and Aristotle is a greek man

he should certainly have a beard.

Theoretically this statement is correct, the catch is are the statements true, is Aristotle a Greek man and do all men have beards. If one of the elements are wrong then the statement is NOT true, even though theoretically it could have been true based on the logical relationship of the elements. It just doesn't happen to be so.
