What is a tiger's personality like?

A white tiger just doesn't have a color pigmitation gene right? So is it's personality any different?

  1. You might as well ask what a human's personality is like. Tigers are all different, just like people. You will get aggressive individuals, timid individuals, friendly individuals, etc.

    White tigers are not a separate species or subspecies, they are simply Bengal tigers with a genetic condition called leucism, which results in reduced pigmentation. This is not the same as albinism, which is a complete lack of pigment - an albino tiger has no stripes and pink eyes, not blue.


  2. They can't just be grouped by one personality.  Each one is different.  Some enjoy playing with tire swings they might find at zoos while others may find it irritating and dumb.  It's not like you can say, what's the personality of a white man?  What's the personality of a black man?  Everyone, whether they be dog, monkey, iguana, platypus or human, is different.
