What is a tiny orange worm?

I was in the shower last night, and I had my towel hanging over the shower curtain and I looked over and there was a tiny little orange worm thing. What is it, is there going to be more, and how do I get rid of them>

-lol- thats kinda scary..did it have feet or legs?what state you live in?could have been from a inch worm to maybe those worms that are in cheries abd apples someimes.
