What is a toner and what does it do?

Pore Refining toner, love that stuff! You put it on a cotton pad/ball and swipe it on your face. it usually picks up leftover dirt from cleansing. You use it after cleaners/scrubs/exfoliators etc. and before your moisturizer. hope i hlpd :]

it kind of takes off all the excess c**p on your face like dead skin and dirt and stuff and it is sort of an astringent so it cleans your pores.  its a good thing to have
