What is a transportation executive?

Your answer could be many, depending on others knowledgeable.  I personally know a "sales rep" for a very well known trucking company, his title, "Transportation Executive".  Why?  In sales with any business your clients, potential clients, etc., will more likely give "consideration" for appointments, presentations, sales, someone important that will give the very best in product and/or service.

Look at it this way, a representative for a "freight company" is contacted and on their business card, the "title" shows "Sales Representative".  On the other hand, a competitor is contacted and "title" is "Executive".  Who do YOU think has the "initial" considerations, the "edge", and more "weight" to doing business?  I know, NOT every case, the knowledge and presentation is MOST important.
