use a wired connection

get the fastest speed you can get on your internet service provider

Delete old files and get deep in ur programs,  pretty much anything you dont use and get rid of will speed things up =)

try this

click on start>control panel>system>advanced>performance settings>visualeffects>adjust for best performance
