What is a trustworthy taxi company in London? I have to take one to get from Victoria station to my hotel.?

There are no taxi company's in London, you mean mini-cabs, or private hire vehicles, all licensed black cab drivers are self employed, and are governed by TFL, if you want a taxi from Victoria, go to the rank  at the front of the station.

Remember, no one is allowed to call there vehicle a "Taxi" in London, unless it is a purpose built vehicle, like the ones you see on the street with a yellow light on top.....By law.

although many companies have tried, they are always brought to justice...........Including the mini cab firm Addison Lee

Black cabs outside station, talk as if you know where you are going so you don't get taken on detour.  They are on the whole a pretty decent bunch and probably safest in the world.

use any black London taxi - they're highly regulated and all the drivers have to be licensed and pass a strict exam
