  1. junk. the uniflex shaft was designed to fit a wide array of players i have not met a person who has kept them yet. i bought callaways with these in them biggest mistake the ball was all over the place no control and every person i know who has tried these don't like them. unless you are an absolute beginner stay away from them if not you will regret it when your buying new shafts.

  2. They are geared more to players with slower swing speeds such as ladies and senior players.  If you don't fit in that category then don't get a club with a uniflex shaft.

  3. They are made for people who have absolutely no swing speed, like some women and old guys. There made to add whip to there swing so they can get some distance. If a person that swings normally tries them they get too whippy sending the ball all over the course.

  4. You guys all are wrong. I have uniflex graphite shafts in a set of irons that are 1.5 inches longer and a 4 degree upright lie. I'm 6 foot 5, thus the extra length and lie angle and a 5 handicap.  They are used mostly in these types of "fitted" clubs. The extra length of the shaft requires it to be stiffer, especially in the high er lofted irons, but it is not as necessary in a 3 iron because it will help get the ball in the air. If you are playing standard off the rack clubs, don't bother. Just choose regular or stiff flex depending on your swing speed and trajectory.
