My cousin and I are going to have a competition soon. We are going to see who can consume the largest amount of spicy food without drinking anything or eating any bread. Does anyone have any tips about what to do when eating spicy food? Oh, and I also need you guys to give me a REALLY spicy food or sauce that we can use in the competition.

Thanks in advance.

  1. indian/asian food is spicy, i usually just calm my mouth down with water

  2. Try some Korean radish kimchi.  It's very spicy and it reeks too (just adds to the fun, right?)  You can cheat if you want, just add a sprinkle of sugar to whatever it is you're eating and it will cut down on its spiciness.

  3. Try real Thai foods or Indian foods, I think they are spicier than Koreans foods.

  4. Try some scotch bonnet peppers.

    They're Burnerific

  5. add chopped jalapeno peppers and the seeds to whatever you make (spaghetti sauce) and it will be really hot.  Also red pepper flakes (lots of them will make any sauce hot).  Be prepared for the next day . . . what goes in must come out . . . lol!

  6. hey try indian stuff really spicy

  7. TABASCO® brand

    Habanero Sauce

Look, we're TABASCO®. We know hot. If anyone knows hot, it's us. So when we say it's hot, what we mean is, it's hot. Really hot. Off-the-charts kind of hot. We mix the world's hottest pepper with mango, papaya and more to create a fruity, Jamaican-style blend. Perfect for hot chicken, hot chili, hot grilling sauces or anything else you're hot enough to handle. Great as a marinade or for basting, TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce will add a hot Caribbean touch to any dish you're serving. But proceed with caution.

TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce has a Scoville Unit Rating of greater than 7000, which means compared to all of our other sauces, it's by far the hottest. (Wondering what a Scoville Unit Rating is? Read about it here.)
