  1. A hand  :-) Sorry - couldn't resist!  I'm guessing it would be called  a harness, but I've never heard of one that allows people to video themselves. You'd probably need to build your own.


  2. chest tripod. looks like a spider, with adjustable legs. heres a less expensive one, its also less complicated
