What is a view binder?

It was on my list of stuff I need to get & it said " 4 view binders"

What is a view binder?

Can you give me an image of it too?

I was thinking about getting these kind of binders:

The front of the binder is made of see through plastic.

A view binder is a binder with a clear plastic cover on the top page of the binder that you can slide a sheet of paper into as a  cover sheet.

The walgreens thing is NOT a view binder.

You can get them at Office Max, Staples, Office Depot
