Question:

What is a way to get a daily severing of fruit plus vitamins from a smoothie or juicing?

basically I'm looking for a way to make breakfast in the morning that will get me a lot of vitamins and a full serving of fruit. the other reason I got is that I have a freezer full of frozen cartins of milk {in individual cartins}.

so I got two questions.

1. do you know of any additive to make a smoothie full of more vitamins and stuff to keep me going all day,

2. what is a smoothie recipe that has one serving of fruit or more. basically you need different types of fruit with different stuff I'm not sure what though.

  1. 1. vitamin b12 is an effective vitamin for energy. (it's the same vitamin in energy drinks... just don't overdo it, you don't want to crash!)

    2. The smoothie recipe i've used in a coffee shop that i've managed is:

    1 cup plain - yogurt

    1 and a half bananas

    1/4 cup mangoes

    1/2 cup pineapples

    1/2 cup coconut milk.

    scoop if ice

    blend until proper consistency.

    if you find that the smoothie is too thick, add some milk.

    if it's not thick enough, add some more ice.
