basically I'm looking for a way to make breakfast in the morning that will get me a lot of vitamins and a full serving of fruit. the other reason I got is that I have a freezer full of frozen cartins of milk {in individual cartins}.so I got two questions.1. do you know of any additive to make a smoothie full of more vitamins and stuff to keep me going all day,2. what is a smoothie recipe that has one serving of fruit or more. basically you need different types of fruit with different stuff I'm not sure what though.
