  1. Take a piece of tape and rub it into the residue and pull it loose several times this often works for me. The stronger the tape the better it works.

  2. rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.  rub in one direction.

  3. rubbing alcohol should work, pour a little on the spot and rub.  Fingernail polish remover might work, test a little spot to see if it hurts the paint.

  4. I have always used WD-40.  Just a drop is all that is needed.

  5. definitley go with oil - baby oil, cooking oil, any type of oil.

  6. Goo Gone works wonders. I would try using that. Butter, margarine, vegetable oil, and baby oil have also been traditional ways of solving the problem, but I have used them it requires some patience and can be a bit messy. So I would recommend the Goo Gone and then use soap and water to clean it afterwards just to take care of any chemical residue or odor.

  7. Goo Gone!   without question...can be used on just about everything.  I have used it a lot and it hasn't damaged anything yet.

  8. I use lighter fluid to soak the sticker  Let it sit for a couple minutes and it should wipe right off.  Repeat as necessary.

  9. There are lots of things but the best to ensure there is no damage to anything else is olive oil (or any household vegetable oil) put on stickers, leave for 10-15mins to soak in and use a cloth and firmly wipe/rub off. Won't damage a thing.  You can also buy stuff like "Goo Remover" but I find they leave a distinct pong (artificial citrusy smell) behind that is really annoying, so now I prefer olive oil.
