I saw a guy hug the girl I like and her her he loved her, and she said she loved him, but I would bet any sum of money that he's g*y. Also, I think it was more casual than anything else.

People say I love you all the time...all of my guy friends say it to me and they are all married. If you're expecting that then see if his voice sounds unique or he walks using his hips more or when a girl mentions that a dude is hot he agrees.

You can't just tell. It can seem rude to ask him if he is g*y, and don't ask his sister, because she shouldn't give you an answer- you can't out someone else.
