It's when you ejaculate in your sleep. Contrary to what some say, you don't always get them when having a "hot" dream; I've had plenty with regular dreams and even no dreams at all! There's no way to stop it altogether, but if you m********e often it reduces the chance as wet dreams are a means of getting rid of old sperm. I used to really really hate them because they wake you up and then you have to go change your underwear and clean up and then hope to be able to get back to sleep. I'm glad I don't get them anymore!
