What is a word that encompasses Australia, New Zealand and Asia?

Like, wikipedia says "Oceania" and "Australasia" is actually only Australia, New Zealand and Polynesia, but I need something that includes Japan, China, etc as well. Doesn't have to be one word, just something easier to say than "Aust, NZ & Asia" :P

I don't think there is one. Australasia is Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and the Pacific Islands, but not Asia.
