Theres so many thunderstorms occurring at any given time its impossible to classify and document them all. Its a large enough task to do this with hurricanes and tornadoes. The most severe thunderstorms could be classified by the intensity of tornadoes spawned from the supercell. So if your wanting to know the worst single most destructive supercell then you could say that the one in 1925 that spawned the tri-state tornado would rank pretty high up on the list. So could the supercells that produced the 1974 "Super Outbreak" of tornadoes. But as far as thunderstorms themselves being archived and rated your guess is as good as anyones.
