What Is Blog?

A blog is short word of weblog.

A blog is just a place where you put your personal journal online. It is like putting your personal diary online. You can update it daily, weekly or monthly, it's up to you.

You can tell your friends to visit it and comment it.

Types of Blog

===========

There are many kinds of blog services like:

+ Blogger

+ WordPress

+ TypePad

+ Movable Type

+ Etc.

Personally, I use both Blogger and WordPress.

+ Blogger is easy to use and set up.

+ WordPress is a bit difficult to use but with more flexibility.

You can choose which one you like. If you want to use WordPress, go to http://wordpress.com/signup/ and follow its instruction.

Below are how to create you Blogger blog:

1. Create a Gmail account at http://gmail.com (If you already had Gmail account, go to step 2.)

2. Go to https://www.blogger.com/start

3. Then sign in with your Gmail username and password

4. On the next page, fill in your Display Name, tick the box of "I accept the Term of Service", and click CONTINUE

5. On this page, choose your blog title and blog address, and click CONTINUE

6. Choose your blog template with the color theme you like and click CONTINUE

7. On this page, they will inform you that you blog have be created successfully, and then click START POSTING.

8. From there, you can start publishing your post and more posts.
