  1. arable and stock

    that's plants and animals

  2. Agriculture is about the science behind and the practices involved in producing crops and livestock from the natural resources of the earth (eg. soil, water, plants). The primary aim of agriculture is to increase productivity while also using the resources in a sustainable way so they are not misused or do not deteriorate. The diverse branches of modern agriculture listed in this definition include agronomy, horticulture, economic entomology, animal husbandry, dairying, agricultural engineering, soil chemistry, and agricultural economics".  I think the other answers have given a pretty good definition of what agriculture is, and this one I have included here from the link below has less detail, but is right too.  There is information available on the Internet for these and other branches of agriculture (examples for three sites included).

  3. Agriculture (encompasses farming, ranching, and the tending of orchards and vineyards) is the production of food, feed, fiber, fuel and other goods by the systematic raising of plants and animals.

Modern agriculture extends well beyond the traditional production of food for humans and animal feeds. Other agricultural production goods include timber, fertilizers, animal hides, leather, industrial chemicals (starch, sugar, ethanol, alcohols and plastics), fibers (cotton, wool, hemp, and flax), fuels (methane from biomass, biodiesel), cut flowers, ornamental and nursery plants, tropical fish and birds for the pet trade, and both legal and illegal drugs (biopharmaceuticals, tobacco, marijuana, opium, cocaine).

  4. is cultivations of crops and animals for human needs, this includes horticulture, live stocks,Argo forestry, aqua culture.

  5. Not being sure what you are referring to, agriculture is, in general, the production of plants. One can produce ornamentals in ornamental agriculture; from trees and shrubs to annuals and perennials. One can produce food crops like wheat, or soy, corn or sugar beets, and medicinal products; this would be probably called something like field production agriculture. I spent a lot of time leaning small fruits, but there are also tree fruits or orchard fruits. Fruit production agriculture is a huge industry. Where I ended up was in hydroponics and green house production. Hydroponic production is also a huge industry and is growing rapidly. And don't forget agricultural research.

One can generalize the list more are make it more specialized as the case may be. Field crops can be root crop, or grain crop, or whole plant, etc. In an age where we have "recycle and refuse technicians", as things get bigger we are all specialists with extra large shingles proclaiming it. And as an edit/ after note, one must include cattle/ dairy farming and the poultry/ egg farming industries. There is also feed production but that falls in with the previously mentioned groups as well.
