What is all the talk about concerning the time change on the computer?

i thought it changed automatically, if i have to do it , how do i?

The government changed the regular time change by a couple of weeks.  The old time change had been programmed into a lot of equipment, especially computers, in order to do it automatically.  I know my computer got the new schedule by an automatically downloaded update a couple of weeks ago, and I'll be watching (I still have to change the other eight or so clocks and watches on my home, grr) to make sure it happens.  If it goes wrong, it's easily fixed, and no real harm done.
