What is alloversafety.com?

this has come up on my computer and is a home page. I can not get rid of it. I have gone into tools tried to change home page but it want let me.

alloversafety.com is dangerous hijacker and comes from very dangerous trojan zlob. It hijack your homepage and displays fake warning message to download the another fake spyware applications... If your computer is infected by alloversafety.com hijacker then it is very dangerous for your computer.

In inet options on the control panel open add/remove and look for it. Click and remove. Hit tools above and open manage add ons. If it is there you can delete it.
