    If what you heard was "acute angina," as Richy K suggests, that's a medical condition, a heart problem.

  3. ANGINA, if that is what you mean, is chest pain, usually radiating to the left arm or jaw, caused by narrowing of one or more coronary arteries. It is often the prelude to a full fledged heart attack, with muscle damage. The narrowing can be from cholesterol, or spasm.
