My fiance and I have noticed a device connected to all of the houses around us. It's about 6 inches long and a couple inches wide, it's white, and when you take the top off, the inside looks like it has some sort of hard drive in it with wiring. At the top it says "Orion" on one line and on the next line "FCC ID GIF2005F" and it has its own ID number as well. Our city is like its own little fortress (owns its own water, electricity, cable, etc.) so I have this weird feeling they're monitoring communication from inside our houses. Does anyone have any idea what this is? I can't find any info about it online... thanks.. and I'm not a paranoid crazy person :)
