Actually, the correct answer is d, in my opinion.  Active sites generally don't bind product molecules, they bind substrates.  "b" isn't quite correct because it's not just the linear sequence that counts, it's also how they're folded that makes an active site.  "c" is definitely wrong.  Frankly, "d" isn't so great either because it's poorly worded--not all proteins are enzymes, so not all of them have active sites.  But I'd still go with "d".
