What is an anointed Queen vs a regular Queen?

I keep hearing this term, can someone clarify?

  2. An anointed Queen is a Queen who has gone through her coronation and has been anointed, by the clergy, in front of the peers of the realm with the sacred oils and has taken her oath.  

    Not being anointed doesn't mean that a legitimate successor is not the legitimate monarch. It often takes large amounts of time and money in order to plan a coronation. Sometimes disease or war can delay the process.

  3. An anointed Queen is the reigning monarch.  The 'regular' Queen would be the wife of the King.

  4. a queen who is annointed then goes on to be a regular queen.
