  1. You can ask questions about the preferred or typical management-style in the organization, the prevalent management philosophy and the expectations of an entry-level manager.   2. That kind of depends on the company and what type of management job. Without naming the specific company, could you repost with a couple of details?

  3. How many people will I be responsible for? What kind of and how many reports I will have to generate? How often? How are the employee performance reviews done?  

  4. Ask what they want to see in a successful candidate, then explain how you meet that criteria.

    Do not ask how much the interviewer bench presses.  Just trust me on that one.
